Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data.

1. Deletion via email

You can request deletion of your data at any time. Send an email to info@clickandcollab.com with the subject “Delete my data” and include the email address or account you used.

2. Deletion via connected platforms (e.g. Meta/Facebook)

If you have linked our platform to an external account (like Meta/Facebook), you can withdraw permission and/or submit a deletion request in that platform’s settings. We will receive a notification and handle it according to that platform’s guidelines.

What happens after your request?

• We will delete or anonymize your data in our systems wherever possible.
• We only retain what is legally necessary (e.g. for billing/administration).
• We will try to confirm once deletion is completed.
